Our CRM is a High Grade Enterprise application which can manage thousands and thousands of records at ease in a multi user environment. In order to release functionality to smaller businesses at an affordable price the installer will attempt to guide the installation of the components automatically. If the set-up fails or you want to use the database with more than 3 users at once, you should opt of an "assisted installation" from FieldIT Limited. Unfortunately installation assistance not refundable if you choose not to purchase the product. Please contact us HERE to arrange an appointment and get a quote.

Pricing Explained

FieldIT CRM pricing is based on named users, if you have one person accessing the database this is 1 license.
1 named user = £39.95 (one off)
Example: If two people accessing the database this is 2 named users = £79.90 (one off).

We offer discount if multiple licenses purchased (over six licences), please contact us for a custom quote
Each named user license purchased includes one years support and upgrades. After a year you can continue to get upgrades and support by purchasing extended support*.
1 named user Extended Support/Upgrades = £19.97 (50%) (per year) - For the first two users.
1 named user Extended Support/Upgrades = £13.18 (33%) (per year) - For any all users above the first two
If two users connect to the database and required upgrades and support, this is 2 named users = £39.94 (per year).
If four users connect to the database and required upgrades and support, this is 4 named users = £66.30 (per year).

1) Additional discounts are available for companies purchasing more than six named users, please contact us for a custom quote.
2) If you connect any external system to the FieldIT CRM XML interface e.g. website or finance software, this counts as one additional named user.
3) If a named user leaves your company this can be transferred to a new user. You can do this within the user management screen.
4) It is not possible to extend support if more than a months has elapesed since your previous support agreement expired. Prices for ad-hoc support are significantly higher, all fixes are only release into the latest version (which means and upgrade may need to be required), so we recommend extending support/upgrades year on year. Please contact us for ad-hoc support/upgrade quote if required.
5) We reserve the right to revises support prices year on year.
