Email/Online Storage

We offer professional, fast, reliable email/secure file storage from a little as £3.99 per month (less with multiple account discount). The email we offer comes with encrypted (https) webmail, celendar, online file storage, out of office and push email for your Blackberry, iPhone, HTC or any other Smartphone. We can set you up with shared mailbox, shared calendar, shared online file storage for an entire company.

Installation and Downloads

All versions are Microsoft "one click" / "click once" and will automatically update in future. After installing any software you must reboot before running it.

Installation Assistance

Our CRM is a High Grade Enterprise application which can manage thousands and thousands of records a ease in an multi user environment. In order to release functionality to smaller businesses at an affordable price the installer will attempt to install the components automatically. If the set-up fails you may have to opt of an "assisted installation" which costs £35 and is unfortunately not refundable if you choose not to purchase the product. Please contact us HERE schedule this in.

Self Installation Guidelines

The software can be installed in 2 configurations (1 & 2):

1) Multiple MS SQL Server with Offline Mode (most common, especially when running a trail, or single user)

Advantages: Offline Updates, anyone can perform installation, preferred option for small companies with 1-3 users. Only requires a simple file share to be available between all PCs.
Notes: Requires MSSQL Express installation on ALL PC's running the FieldIT CRM Software.

To install in configuration 1 (most common, especially when running a trail) you will need to install MS SQL Express 2005 or MS SQL Express 2008 first. The download link A) will attempt to download and install MS SQL Express 2005 and the FieldIT CRM automatically for you.

A) FieldIT CRM Client + MSSQL 2005 Express Download

which will install Microsoft SQL Express 2005

Important: If this fails then you should try and install either MS SQL Express 2005 or MS SQL Express 2008 from microsoft.com, reboot and install the FieldIT CRM Client from link B).

B) FieldIT CRM Client Only Download

2) Central MS SQL Server

Advantages: Fast in a multi user environment with over 3 users. Lower specification PCs required to run the software
Notes: Requires MS SQL server expert to set up an MS SQL Database allowing remote connections. (FieldIT can do this for you)

If you already have the system up and running please scroll down and download from the B) link, please consult your IT Department, System Administrator or FieldIT for help connecting the installation to a database/datastore.
